What methods of Payment do you accept?
I accept payments through Paypal. You don't even need a Paypal account - just a credit card!
How long will it take for me to get my item?
All items are made to order, just for you! I advise customers in the US to allow at least 4-8 weeks to receive their items. International customers should allow at least 4 months, and be aware that some country's customs agencies randomly assess packages entering the country, which can result in delayed shipment and customs charges.
What if I need it sooner?
Occasionally, I am able to accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. Please contact me before placing your order for express pricing and delivery times.
I'm an International Customer. Will my country's Customs Agency charge a fee for me to receive my item?
Some countries tax international shipments and will charge you a fee for the imported package. Unfortunately, Pishposhes has no way of knowing if you will be charged a fee or what the amount will be. Pishposhes is not responsible for reimbursing any Customs fees. Customs charges, taxes, tarriffs, and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your country's customs agency for more information on import regulations and taxes.
Do you accept custom orders?
Currently, I am unable to accept custom orders.
What is your return policy?
Please contact me if you are unhappy with an item within 7 days of receiving the package. I'd be happy to issue a store credit for unworn returned merchandise. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, and a store credit will be issued once I receive the unwanted item. Custom items are final sale.
